Physical Products
• You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Digital Products (printables, downloads, organizers, checklists, etc.)
• Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
• If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive your purchase.
Subscriptions
• Subscriptions (weekly or monthly packages) can be canceled anytime.
• Refunds for subscription payments will only be granted if requested within 7 days of the initial payment.
• After this period, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
