At Kiddkit, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.


Physical Products

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Digital Products (printables, downloads, organizers, checklists, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive your purchase.


Subscriptions

Subscriptions (weekly or monthly packages) can be canceled anytime.

Refunds for subscription payments will only be granted if requested within 7 days of the initial payment.

After this period, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
